The boss is based on character that we have all had the pleasure of encountering during some stage of our life. Useless and incompetent but full of character and love. Even though you could do his role 10x better and more efficiently, he is still apart of the very frame work that holds a business together. 

The inspiration for this artwork is an evolution of an automatism piece created In  past years.
